1. Product Returns

- We do not accept returns of products that have been used or damaged, as well as digital products (such as courses, podcasts, and digital materials) that have been downloaded or used.
2. Refunds
- If your return request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned product.
- For digital products (such as online courses or subscriptions), refunds are only possible if the product has not been downloaded or used. We do not offer refunds for digital materials that have been accessed or used.
3. Product Exchanges
- If there is a defect in the product or any other quality-related issue, we are happy to offer an exchange for an identical item or a refund. Proof of the issue (e.g., photos or a description of the defect) will be required.
